<p>In a house, planning, installing, and maintaining an entire plumbing system is the job of a plumber. Getting under a sink and clearing a clogged pipe is not the only job a plumber does.</p>
<p>Though in an average house, a plumber is usually called when a pipe leaks or a drain is clogged. However, a plumber is capable of doing a large variety of plumbing jobs. For example, a plumber has the expertise to plan and install new bathroom set up or even an entire water, heating and waste transportation system.</p>
<p>Their plumbing activities are not just limited a small house or a residential apartment; a plumber is also involved in installing plumbing systems in offices, schools, hospitals, office complexes, etc. Their work sometimes also overlaps into other specialized areas such as roofing.</p>
<p>A plumbers services can be hired, for example, while constructing a roof to install a safe and economical storage and transit of water, waste and sometimes ever gases. Moreover, a plumber job does not begin and end by fixing the damage and leaving the scene. The network of pipes he is going to lay down in a building, a plumber has to do meticulous planning. </p>
<p>Specifications are examined, locations are worked out, sizes and types of material are chosen and finally, the materials are assembled, joined and checked. After all these activities, a plumber starts to work on the systems till they are installed. Along with other players, plumber is also an important player in making a building function properly.</p>
<p>What type of plumbing services should be hired is determined by the plumbing need in a house or in an office. An appropriate plumber should be hired who specializes in repairing plumbing systems in a house if the plumbing is required in a residential house or an apartment.</p>
<p>Detailed research should be done before a plumber is hired. There is no point regretting after you a have hired an inefficient or costly plumber whose output is of terrible quality. In the local directory, you can find a suitable plumber, the services provided and to some extent, even their charges.</p>
<p>Appropriate certifications and trainings undertaken in the plumbing industry can also be criteria to select a suitable plumber. One should always check their certifications and the authenticity of their trainings before hiring their services.</p>
