Face Lift without Surgery: The Truth

A face lift without surgery is something that everyone would love to have, in order to stay young looking and have radiant skin. There are many options available that you can choose from like face creams, pills, injections, laser treatments, microdermabrasion and other noninvasive measures. Choosing to take the surgery option can cost you thousands of dollars and even put you at risk for negative after surgical effects. It can also leave you with pain, swelling, bruising, scars and can even put you at risk for getting an infection.

It is better to look for an option that can keep you away from those kind of risk factors, but do the other options really work?

Other treatments, like microdermabrasion have shown positive results in minimizing roughness or acne scars. This is an expensive procedure could leave you with redness or irritation, but is not considered to be a "face lift" but rather a skin improvement. Injections that you can receive, like Botox, can smooth skin by plumping out the wrinkles and paralyzing the muscles to give a firmer appearance. These painful injections need to be repeated regularly in order for them to remain effective.

CICA treatments and other treatments that you can try have varying results. Some of the procedures require several treatments to see a difference, and although you can avoid surgery and other negative affects, it still can end up costing thousands of dollars.

Creams are a popular choice, because they're inexpensive and noninvasive, but they are also not usually as effective. You will need to keep buying and using them constantly in order to see any results. There could also be side effects.

Another method of achieving the look of having a face lift without surgery costs very little money, has proven results and does not produce side effects - facial exercise. Facial exercises that are done to tighten the muscles will reduce the appearance of wrinkles and tone the face and neck. You can begin to see results quickly, and end up looking as if you've had a face lift without surgery.

Medication And Blood Pressure

The side effects are sometimes the first thing we think about when we are faced with medication and the same goes for medicationto control Hypertansion.

If you actually read the information leaflet that comes with any medication it can be frightening and it makes you wonder whether the medicine is worse for you than the condition it is trying to control or cure.

It would be rare to suffer all of the possible side effects if any at all, you might be lucky and not suffer any of them. But there is that chance and it make you wonder if you can treat your problem without the use of medicine.

There has always been alternatives to prescribed medication and there has been skepticism about whether any of them actually work. But it has got to be worth a try, well in my opinion anyway. Think about this for a minute, prescribed medication is dished out far to easily and at an alarming rate. Which is why the Pharmaceutical Industry is making obscene amounts of money.

Blood Pressure Medication is no different to any other and I think there should be more attempts made to bring Blood Pressure down naturally before any drugs are dished out. There are lots of things that can be looked at in an individuals lifestyle that could bring there BP down to a normal level.

Because of the amount of people that are living their life everyday with Hypertension without even knowing it, I think this is something that should be covered more in the media. Our governments should making people more aware of how dangerous high blood pressure can be to our health and wellbeing.

Before we are given any medication to treat Hypertension and endure the possibility of any side effects, we have to look at more natural options and lifestyle changes that will help treat this condition.

What you should be thinking about now is to get a Blood Pressure test, you might feel perfectly OK, but that doesn't mean that your Blood Pressure is normal. It can be high without you knowing. If it does happen to be high, the next thing to do is to search out the things that can reduce it without going onto prescribed drugs.

As a side note to that there are cases where medication is unavoidable. Your Doctor can explain this but if not then you should be given the option to try and lower it naturally yourself before any kind of medication is involved.
